Shift Coordinator

As a Shift Coordinator, you’re a manufacturing professional dedicated to the safety of your team.

Your job duties will include:
  • Receiving work tickets, adjusting machines and material requirements, and filling orders
  • Overseeing machine operation, safety, and finding piece defects
  • Quality control and maintenance
You’ll need:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or demonstrated equivalent experience
  • Three months related experience and/or training as a Bar Finish Trainee

Your job duties will include:
  • Managing EHS activities of 100 – 300 people
  • Assessing risks and helping develop risk management strategies
  • Coaching the team on compliance policies and procedures
  • Filing compliance reports
You’ll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 1 year working in an EHS position
  • Strong communication skills

Trainer Developer
